A New Chapter: Or How I Found Out I Had Incurable CancerJanuary 10, 2023
A Week of Adventures – 27th February 2023March 8, 2023
Some adventures just happen. But some adventures need some planning!
I think we all have a kind of vague list of things that we’d like to do in our minds, but there’s nothing like suddenly being told that the time you have to do them is limited and you probably won’t be travelling across Europe on the Orient Express when you’re 75 to really focus the mind. I’m so lucky, there are so many amazing experiences I’ve already had, I’ve travelled on the Orient Express, watched the sun come up on the Solstice, been to Vegas alone, visited the festival in Basel, been running in the mountains in Jura, stayed in some fantastic cabins, shepherds huts and converted railway carriages, been on Women’s Hour, appeared on a panel at a conference, appeared on BBC Sport, walked on broken glass, modelled on a catwalk and even been paid as a model, been to London Fashion Week, got a tattoo, been to the Opera and, well, loads of other things that I feel amazingly privileged to have had happen in my life.
So this is a totally non-exhaustive list of adventures I’d really love to have. It’s a living document, so I’ll add to it and keep it updated with anything I’ve been up to.
And, hey, always worth asking, if you can help me get to any of these adventures, please get in touch!
